Description
The BCS 740 offers the perfect combination of power, size and versatility. Both the Honda and Yanmar engine choices have ample engine power for both the digging and grass cutting attachments and bothare known for being extremely reliable and simple to start. There are electric start options for those customers who prefer not to use a recoil.
The quality of transmission and PTO drive of BCS machines is really apparent when using the BCS 740, as it effortlessly handles the power supplied from the engines and efficiently transfers it to the implement being operated. In addition. the patented hydraulic powersafe clutch also provides you with instant control over the drive and the implement, meaning that you can activate the working parts of the machine at will.

Patented Hydraulic Clutch
The patented Powersafe clutch offers unrivalled levels of performance and reliability. The disc inside the clutch are forced together using hydraulic power to provide instant torque and efficient transfer of power. Importantly this also means that the wheels and working implement stop very quickly when the operator presence lever is released.

3 Forward & Reverse Speeds
The BCS 740 can be operated in forward and reverse when the handlebars are positioned either over the engine or over the implement. A useful feature is that the working speed of the machine is faster when operating grass cutting implements, allowing the user to cover and cut more ground.
Strong PTO Drive
The BCS range of two wheel tractors use a 3 pin claw system to transfer the power from the engine to the working implement. This system is extremely strong and ensures that the power unit has an extremely long lifetime.

The BCS 740 offers best in class options for both petrol and diesel engines. There is an electric start version for both engine types and our experience of using both engines over many years is that they both offer unmatched performance and reliability.
Powerful Gear Drive
One of the main reasons that BCS two wheel tractors is the all gear drive system that efficiently transfer the power from the engine to the wheels and power take off. Fully hardened, the gears are extremely durable and last for many years.
