BCS 630 Power Scythe
Steering Brakes and Differential
Featuring steering brakes, a locking differential, and large wheels, the BCS 630 is the biggest machine in the Crusader range and is powered by the reliable Honda GX270 engine.
There is also a banks version of the Honda engine, which allows the machine to be used on slopes up to 20˚. The bigger wheels, faster working speeds, and range of wider cutter bars mean that the 630 is ideally suited to larger, more open areas such as meadows and fields.
The BCS 630 can also be fitted with a wide range of other implements including a chipper-shredder, flail mower, sweepers, snow blowers and more for maximum versatility.

The patented Powersafe clutch offers unrivalled levels of performance and reliability. The disc inside the clutch are forced together using hydraulic power to provice instant torque and efficient transfer of power. Importantly this also means that the wheels and working implement stop very quickly when the operator presence lever is released.

Hardened and Serrated Teeth
The cutting teeth of the BCS power scythe have been refined and perfected over many years. They are hardened and serrated for a powerful cutting action that will cut efficiently time and time again
All Gear Drive System
One of the main reasons that BCS Power Sythes are so powerful is the all gear drive system that efficiently transfer the power from the engine to the wheels and implement drive shaft. Fully hardened, the gears are extremely durable and last for many years.
Working Speeds
The 630 features 3 forward and reverse speeds.
Honda Engine Options
The 630 can be fitted with either the Honda GX270 standard version or a banks version that works on slopes up to 20 degrees.
